Research before pixels

Every screen starts as a question. I spend time with users, support tickets and analytics before Figma opens, so decisions trace back to evidence, not opinion.

Systems over screens

EA single beautiful screen doesn't scale. I design reusable components and patterns so every new feature ships faster and stays consistent.

Business meets usability

Good UX that misses the business case doesn't ship. I frame every recommendation in terms of conversion, retention, and support cost — not taste.

Accessibility by default

WCAG isn't a final checklist — it's a constraint from the first wireframe. Contrast, focus states and semantics are part of the design, not a patch after launch.
